Personality: Eowyn is a very caring and compassionate girl who would sacrifice her own life for the safety of another’s. She blushes very easily, mostly when she is complemented on her beauty. She tends to feel other people’s pain, and even more so if she had caused it. She loves the feeling of being included within another’s family, and then feeling of love. She can be very shy at times, but once you get to know her, she is very loose and loves to talk.

History: Eowyn was loved dearly by her entire family, up until the day that her parents died. It was late at night, she was only a small child 6 years old, when their home was attacked by Miraz and his men. She can remember watching her father be brutally murdered, and her mother shortly after as well as he older sister. She stayed hidden in a cupboard, that no one checked before they left. Once his men had left, she crawled out of the cupboard, and sat in a little ball and cried. A few days after that, an elf by the name of Ellyn has found her and brought her to Evndium with her. There, she was raised like an elven warrior and met an orphaned Dragon. They instantly connected.

She left Evendium at 17, when she was a fully fledged Dragon Rider. She moved from place to place for a while until she met the son of a Blacksmith by the name of Alistair. The two had fallen in love instantly and spend much time together. The one time that they had made love under the moonlight, she had become pregnant with his child. They were both over filled with joy when she told him the news.

On a cold winter’s morning, Eowyn went into labour and delivered their beautiful baby girl into the world and they had given her the name Edeva. Sadly though, the child would not make it to see her first birthday. She became ill with an pneumonia and her little body was too weak to fight it. Eowyn held their daughter the night that she died.

A few months after their daughter had passed, Alistair was out collecting wood when bandits had attacked their house, stabbing him several times then leaving him for dead. Eowyn had been in town when this had happened and she came back to find their home distoryed and her love laying in a pool of his own blood, dying. She threw herself off of her horse and ran over to him, holding him in her arms, unsure what to do. She knew that he only had minutes left and he wasn’t going to survive. He brought his hand up to her face and caressed it, he said to her, “I will be with Edeva now. Do not be sad for me.” Those were his last words before he breathed a final breath and died in her arms.

Eowyn has been on the move ever since then, bouncing from place to place, not staying somewhere for too long.

Eowyn was having a small nap with her dragon under a tree, which wasn’t far from the gates of Narada. She awoke with a start, her breathing heavy and coming out in pants. Ladon snuffled her hair, asking her if she was okay. Eowyn nodded slightly, she had the same nightmare that she had so many times before. She rubbed her face and ran a hand through her long brown hair as she petted Ladon’s nose, smiling at her dragon and her friend. Ladon had been her friend for the longest time, she was there for her though the hardest times. Ladon was there when Eowyn’s daughter and love died.

She sighed softly and stood up, brushing the dirt off of her blue and brown dress. It was Elvin made and she did love it. Eowyn never packed much when she travelled, so she had only three dresses with her on the trip and when she went back to Evendium, she would switch out these three. She loved being there, being with her “mother” and “father” for all intensive purposes. She loved Ellyn and Seath like they were her birth parents.

She told Ladon to fly around and enjoy the day while she went into town to get a bit more food and other things. She was walking past the blacksmith’s when she was bumped into and nearly knocked over, she kept the bag that she had closed tightly so that none of the food she had would fall out of the bag, “Oh!” she said as she was pulled into someone’s rock hard chest, she put her hand out and it was now resting upon his chest, “It is quite alright.” She said, as her eyes met his, seeing that had plently of authority.
